Our History and Purpose
Founded in 2000, Faithful Friends began as a passionate group of animal lovers working to change the status quo for Delaware’s pets. Over the past two decades, our advocacy has transformed local welfare standards and saved thousands of lives, proving that communities can achieve incredible outcomes through dedication and reform.
Our Commitment to Care
As a private, non-profit, No-Kill organization, we are proud to provide a safe haven for animals in need. Our approach combines a compassionate shelter environment with an extensive network of foster homes, ensuring that every dog and cat in our care receives the individual attention they deserve. We also operate a community veterinary clinic to keep pets healthy and with the families who love them.
