Cats Angels, Inc. SPCA
A Heart for Felines
Cats Angels, Inc. SPCA is dedicated to improving the lives of cats through community-wide sterilization, vaccination, and adoption programs. We believe every animal deserves moral and ethical consideration, working tirelessly to provide for those in need while ending the overpopulation crisis.
Our Journey in Nassau County
Founded in June 2001, our organization was born from a desire to address feline overpopulation in the Fernandina Beach area. For over two decades, we have served as a vital resource for our community, operating entirely on donations, grants, and the success of our beloved Thrift Store.
How We Make a Difference
As a volunteer-based, non-profit organization, we focus on high-impact services rather than traditional intake sheltering. We provide affordable spay/neuter transportation and TNVR (Trap/Neuter/Vaccinate/Return) programs to ensure feral and community cats live safer, healthier lives. Our Adoption Center serves as a welcoming, fun space where potential companions receive quality care until they find their perfect match.
Connecting You with a New Companion
Adoption is a joyful partnership, and our process is designed to ensure both you and your new feline friend have the best start possible. When you visit our Adoption Center, you meet cats who have already been spayed or neutered, microchipped, and are current on their age-appropriate vaccinations. We believe in the deep, lasting value of the bond between humans and their animal companions.
