Helping Paws Animal Sanctuary
A Second Chance for Every Pet
Helping Paws Animal Sanctuary is dedicated to providing abandoned and unwanted cats with a compassionate second chance. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to ensuring every animal in our care receives the love and security they deserve.
Our Story
Our sanctuary was born from a desire to provide a safe haven for cats with nowhere else to go. Inspired by a special cat named Thomas O’Malley, who battled health challenges with grace, we decided to turn our dream into a reality and create a shelter that could accommodate even the most vulnerable companions.
A Comfortable Home
We believe in a kinder way to house our residents, so our sanctuary features rooms instead of cages. We provide a peaceful, loving environment for nearly 200 healthy cats and kittens, as well as those with special needs, including FIV and FELV positive cats. Our dedicated volunteers work tirelessly to ensure each resident is cared for with patience and affection while they await their forever families.
Adopt Your New Best Friend
Adoption is a joyful journey, and we are here to help you find the perfect feline companion to complete your home. To celebrate our mission, all adoptions are currently adopt-one-get-one-free and include the added bonus of free boarding and professional nail trims for your new family members.
