Tallahassee-Leon Community Animal Service Center
Connecting Hearts Through Animal Care
Tallahassee Animal Services is dedicated to providing compassionate care for animals while protecting the health and safety of our community. We believe in the power of second chances and the lasting impact that a loving home has on every pet in our care.
Our Commitment to Tallahassee
As a vital resource for the Tallahassee area, we work tirelessly to bridge the gap between pets in need and the families ready to welcome them. Our mission is built upon a foundation of community safety, public education, and the humane treatment of all animals that come through our doors.
How We Serve Our Animals
We provide a supportive shelter environment where each animal receives basic care and medical attention from our dedicated staff. Beyond our facility walls, we rely on a robust network of volunteers and foster parents who provide extra love, socialization, and temporary sanctuary for our pets. This collaborative approach allows us to ensure every animal is prepared for a successful transition into their new life.
Finding Your Perfect Companion
Adoption is a joyful journey, and we are here to ensure you find a lifelong companion who fits your lifestyle. Our staff focuses on making thoughtful matches, providing guidance so that both you and your new pet feel confident and prepared for a happy future together. We celebrate the unique bond that starts the moment you decide to adopt.
Join Our Mission
Are you ready to meet your new best friend? We invite you to view our currently adoptable animals online or visit our facility to experience the love our pets have to offer firsthand. Together, we can continue to make a meaningful difference for the animals of Tallahassee.
