5/23 - Abandoned dogs in Lake County home spark criminal investigation
Lake County deputies and animal-services officers found a deceased female pit bull inside a vacant home Tuesday night and another female pit bull — severely malnourished and dehydrated — that appeared to be eating the deceased animal to survive.
