St. Francis Animal Rescue of Venice Inc.
Our Mission
St. Francis Animal Rescue of Venice is dedicated to the rescue and care of homeless cats and kittens, ensuring they are nurtured and supported until they find their perfect, loving forever homes.
Thirty Years of Compassion
For over three decades, we have remained committed to our mission in Southwest Florida. We believe that every feline deserves a safe start and a bright future, regardless of their past.
How We Provide Care
Our organization operates as a dedicated team focused on feline welfare, supported by our adoption facility in Venice. Beyond our rescue efforts, we actively expand vital spay, neuter, and TNVR programs to help reduce cat overpopulation and save more lives in our community.
Finding Your Purr-fect Match
We believe that adoption is a joyful partnership built on finding the right fit for both the cat and the family. Our team takes pride in understanding the unique personalities and needs of our feline residents—whether they are spirited explorers or gentle companions—to ensure a happy transition for everyone involved.
Join Us in Making a Difference
Whether you are looking to adopt a new family member, volunteer your time, or foster a cat in need, we invite you to become a part of our mission. Visit us at our location in Venice, explore our adoptable feline friends online, or stop by our Thrift Store to support our life-saving work. Together, we can continue to create happy endings for cats in need.
