Our Mission
Coco’s Cupboard is a dedicated 501(c)(3) non-profit humane society committed to fighting for every animal in need. We work tirelessly to stem the tide of abandoned dogs and cats while preventing future unwanted litters through proactive community support.
Why We Started
We believe that every animal deserves a loving, forever home, and we serve the southern crescent of Atlanta to make that dream a reality. Our organization was born from a desire to provide essential resources and compassionate intervention for pets facing abandonment or hardship.
How We Help
Run entirely by volunteers and funded by generous donations, our care model focuses on rescue, rehabilitation, and finding the perfect match for each animal. We provide a comprehensive suite of services including pet rescue, fostering, and a low-cost spay/neuter program, all designed to ensure that the animals in our care receive the best possible chance at a happy life. Our unique approach also includes a community pet food pantry and the support of our upscale thrift store, Coco’s Closet, which directly benefits our rescue efforts.

Adoption is a joyful partnership, and our priority is ensuring both you and your new furry friend are set up for success. Because we invest deeply in the resources and manpower required for rehabilitation and care, we are able to provide dogs and cats that are spayed or neutered, tested, and vaccinated.
