Kitty City Cat Rescue
Our Mission
Kitty City Cat Rescue is a dedicated cage-free, no-kill cat shelter serving the citizens and cats of Central Georgia. We are committed to providing every animal with respect, compassion, and the opportunity for a better life.
Our Story and Commitment
Since 2015, we have been providing shelter, medical care, and love for cats as they await their forever homes. We actively rescue cats from local high-kill shelters and provide a limited service for community owner-surrenders to assist those in difficult situations.
A Homelike Environment
Our facility offers a unique, cage-free environment designed to help cats feel safe and comfortable while they wait for their new families. As a 501(c)3 organization run entirely by volunteers, we ensure that every resource goes directly toward the care and well-being of our feline residents.
Finding Your Perfect Companion
We believe that a successful adoption is a partnership built on a great match, which is why we require all potential adopters to visit our shelter in person. Because our priority is the health and long-term safety of our cats, all of our residents are strictly indoor-only pets, and we do not support the declawing of any cat. Our adoption process is designed to ensure that each cat finds a home where they will be loved for a lifetime.
