The Pet Adoption League of Gem County is dedicated to returning lost cats and dogs to their families and finding loving, permanent homes for those in need. We are committed to promoting the compassionate treatment of animals across our community.
Our Commitment to You
Since our founding, we have operated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, working tirelessly to bridge the gap for animals and their owners. We believe in keeping families together whenever possible, which is why we proudly support local pet owners through our Pet Food Pantry and feral cat spay/neuter programs.
How We Care
Our organization is managed almost entirely by a passionate team of volunteers who provide essential care, shelter, and companionship to the dogs and cats at our Emmett facility. We maintain a focus on animal welfare by ensuring every pet is vaccinated and spayed or neutered before finding their new family. Whether through our daily care or our community support services, our volunteers remain the heart of everything we do.
