At the Clinton County Humane Society, our mission is to provide loving homes for the cats, kittens, puppies, and dogs currently in our care. We are dedicated to ensuring that every animal receives the compassion and support they need as they await their forever families.
Our Community Commitment
As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Clinton County, Illinois, we serve our local animals and neighbors with heart and dedication. Because we do not receive funding from taxes or outside associations, we rely entirely on the generosity of our community through charitable donations and local fundraisers to sustain our operations.
How We Care
We believe in a community-driven approach to animal welfare. Our work is supported by an incredible network of foster families who provide temporary, loving homes for our pets, as well as our facility located at 1301 Apple Lane in Breese. By combining our shelter environment with the dedication of our foster partners, we provide a safe, nurturing space for every dog and cat that comes through our doors.
