Hopeful Tails Animal Rescue is dedicated to saving lives by finding loving forever homes for stray, abandoned, and neglected or abused dogs. We work tirelessly to provide a safe, nurturing haven for our furry friends as they wait for their new families.
Our Story
Established in 2013 by a passionate group of volunteers, our organization began as a foster-based rescue with the goal of making a significant impact on animal welfare in Joliet, Illinois. We are a 501c3 non-profit that operates independently of government funding, relying instead on the generosity of our community to continue our life-saving work.
How We Help
We pride ourselves on providing individualized care, from essential medical treatments like vaccinations and spay/neuter services to the comfort of temporary foster homes. Our dedicated team of volunteers is the heart of our operations, ensuring that every dog in our care receives the love and attention they need to thrive.
