Founded in 2023 by Teresa Ryan, Angel Dog Alliance grew from a simple, profound desire to make a meaningful difference for animals in need. Witnessing the overcrowding in shelters across the U.S., our mission expanded from a single act of rescue into a nationwide movement focused on ending the cycle of unnecessary euthanasia.
