Ark Animal Sanctuary
Our Mission
At ARK Animal Rescue and Adoption, we believe that together, we can save them all. Our mission is to improve the lives of companion animals by finding forever homes, providing essential health care, and keeping our facility a no-kill adoptable shelter.
Serving Our Community
Founded on the belief that rescue happens seven days a week, we are dedicated to being a pillar of support in LaGrange, Indiana. Beyond our adoption services, we work hard to support the community by providing animal control services for the county and offering assistance to pet owners in need, including food support.
How We Care
ARK operates as a no-kill shelter where every animal receives dedicated care and enrichment. Our team and volunteers work tirelessly to provide dogs with meaningful enrichment and give cats the gentle human touch they deserve while they wait for their new families. We are proud of our transparent, hands-on approach to animal welfare.
Find Your New Best Friend
Adoption is the beginning of a beautiful, lifelong partnership, and our team is here to help you find the perfect match. Whether you are looking for a playful dog or a sweet cat, our available animals are waiting to meet you. Every adoption is a chance to provide a fresh start to a deserving companion.
Get Involved
Whether you are ready to adopt, interested in volunteering at our shelter or Paws & Claws Bookstore, or want to become a kennel sponsor, there are many ways to make a difference. We invite you to visit us at our LaGrange location or check out our website to view our currently available companions. Let’s work together to give every animal a bright, loving future.
