Liberty Acres United Rescue Animal Sanctuary
A Sanctuary for Special Souls
Liberty Acres United Rescue Animal Sanctuary is a 22-acre safe haven dedicated to enriching the lives of senior, geriatric, disabled, and hospice animals as they await their forever homes. We provide a loving, homelike environment for those who need a soft place to land.
Our Mission of Compassion
Founded as a 501c3 non-profit, we step in to support animals coming from shelters where time and resources are limited. We are committed to giving these precious animals the care, dignity, and attention they deserve while they reside with us.
A Home-Like Experience
Our facility is designed for comfort and security. Dogs enjoy cozy tiny homes with climate-controlled heating and air conditioning, plus access to a six-acre fenced area, woods, and a pond for daily adventures. Our cat residents live in colonies within the Cat Cabin, featuring climbing areas and comfy furniture to ensure they feel right at home.
Finding Your Perfect Companion
We believe in building lifelong, successful partnerships between our sanctuary residents and their new families. Our thoughtful adoption process ensures each match is made with care, providing the stability and happiness that every dog and cat deserves. Whether you are looking for a playful friend or a quiet companion, our staff is here to help you find your perfect match.
