At Walljasper Veterinary Clinic, our mission is to provide expert, compassionate medical care while helping animals in our community find their forever families. Our Story and Community
Founded on a passion for animals that started on a family farm, Dr. Nicole Walljasper has been dedicated to veterinary medicine in Southeast Iowa since 2017. In 2023, she and her husband, Justin Stewart, took ownership of the practice with a vision to modernize our facilities in West Point and Ft. Madison. We serve the Lee County area with a highly trained, educated staff that treats every patient like one of our own.
How We Help Pets
Beyond our clinical services, our team plays a vital role in local animal welfare by managing an impound facility for strays. We work tirelessly to reunite lost animals with their owners or, when that isn't possible, to prepare them for adoption into loving new homes. Our clinic cats, Theo and Beatrice, are beloved residents who remind us every day of the joy that rescued animals bring to our lives.
