Pratt Area Humane Society
Our Mission
At the Pratt Area Humane Society, we are dedicated to facilitating pet adoptions and providing a safe haven for animals in need. We strive to create a community that values and cares for pets, saving lives one adoption at a time.
Our Commitment to Community
Our efforts focus on rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs and cats to loving families. We believe in building a more informed and compassionate society through education on responsible pet ownership and vital support services, including our Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (S.N.A.P.) for Pratt County residents.
How We Care
Our shelter operates as a central hub where dedicated volunteers play a crucial role in providing the love and attention our animals need while they wait for their forever homes. Every animal in our care receives comprehensive support, including vaccines, microchipping, and spay/neuter services, to ensure they are healthy and ready to join your family.
Finding Your Perfect Match
We believe that adopting a pet is a beautiful, lifetime commitment, and we work hard to ensure a successful transition for both the pet and the human. By offering thoughtful guidance and the opportunity for trial adoptions, we help ensure every adoption is a perfect fit for a happy, long-term bond.
Join Our Mission
We invite you to browse our current adoptable dogs and cats to find your new best friend. If you see a companion who catches your eye, please give us a call at 620-672-6777 to set up a meet and greet at our facility in Pratt, Kansas.
