Ruston Animal Control
Our Commitment to Ruston
Ruston Animal Control is dedicated to the humane treatment of animals within our city limits. We strive to provide a safe, compassionate environment for every animal in our care through proactive public education and dedicated community service.
Serving Our Community
Our department plays a vital role in ensuring the well-being of both pets and residents by managing animal welfare and promoting responsible pet ownership. Whether we are assisting with nuisance reports or caring for animals at our facility, we are here to ensure that the city of Ruston remains a safe and harmonious place for all its inhabitants.
Care and Facility Operations
We operate the Ruston Animal Shelter, a dedicated facility located at 1212 McAllister Drive. Our team is committed to the humane care of every animal that enters our doors while we work to reunite lost pets with their families or seek new, loving homes for those in need.
The Joy of Adoption
Adoption is the beginning of a meaningful partnership, and we are here to help you find the right companion. We invite you to contact our team to learn more about the animals currently in our care, as your next best friend may be waiting for you right here at our shelter.
