Winnipeg Animal Services Agency
A Second Chance for Every Pet
The Animal Services Agency is dedicated to improving the lives of animals and people in our community through compassionate animal control and a commitment to giving unclaimed dogs a fresh start. We believe in the power of companionship and work tirelessly to ensure every animal in our care receives the support they need to thrive.
Our Community Commitment
Serving the City of Winnipeg, we operate under the Responsible Pet Ownership By-law to foster a safe, harmonious environment for both pets and their owners. From managing stray animal care to supporting community outreach, our work is driven by the belief that responsible pet ownership creates a stronger, more connected city for everyone.
How We Care
Our facility at 1057 Logan Ave. serves as a hub for our operations, where we provide essential care for stray dogs and facilitate our adoption program. We also work collaboratively to reunite lost pets with their families and ensure that even animals from northern communities find their way to loving homes.
Your Adoption Journey
Adopting a pet is a meaningful life decision, and we are here to help you find the perfect companion to join your family. Through our thoughtful adoption program, every dog receives a health check, vaccinations, and microchipping to ensure they are ready for their new life with you.
