Dog Orphans Inc.
Our Mission
Dog Orphans Inc. is a dedicated, non-profit, no-kill shelter committed to saving dogs from pain and suffering. We believe in providing every animal with a safe haven and a bright future.
Who We Are
Located in Douglas, Massachusetts, we serve our community by offering a compassionate refuge for dogs in need. Our organization was founded on the core belief that every dog deserves a life free from hardship and the chance to thrive in a loving environment.
Our Commitment to Care
As a no-kill facility, we prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of every resident in our care. We focus on providing a stable, nurturing environment while our dogs wait for their forever families. Through our partnership with Petfinder, we work diligently to connect our dogs with the right homes.
Creating New Beginnings
Adoption is the start of a beautiful, lifelong partnership, and we are proud to help our dogs find their second chances. To support a healthy start, we provide 30 days of free pet insurance through 24 PetWatch for our adopters. We love seeing our former residents flourish in their new lives and celebrate the joy they bring to their adoptive families.
