Founded in 1999, we began as an animal shelter and have since grown into one of New England’s largest animal welfare organizations. Today, we address the root causes of pet over-population, suffering, and abuse by offering cutting-edge services and community programs that keep pets happy, healthy, and with the families who love them.

Stop by our future location at 600 Park Ave. this Saturday, October 24, from 9 AM to 1 PM for our donation drive. Make a donation of $100 or more at the drive toward the Worcester project and receive a deluxe pet bed as our thank you, while supplies last! The beds were generously donated by a Second Chance supporter to help raise funds for this much-needed expansion. Every gift helps us make more room to care for pets and the people who love them! 🐾

You can now book many of your pet’s appointments directly online without having to submit an appointment request and wait for confirmation. You can now directly book: 🐾 Wellness Exams 🐾 Sick Patient Exams 🐾 New Patient Exams 🐾 New Puppy/Kitten Exams 🐾 Technician visits Simply visit our website, choose the type of appointment your pet needs, and select an available date and time that works for you! The following still require a request and are not available for direct booking: Low-Cost Spay & Neuter appointments Vaccine Clinics appointments Medication Requests We hope this makes scheduling easier for you and getting your pets the care they need even more convenient! ❤️🐶🐱 Ready to book?
