Buddy Dog Humane Society
A New Lease on Life
Buddy Dog Humane Society is a dedicated 501(c)3 shelter and adoption center committed to providing a new lease on life for impounded and homeless dogs and cats. We work tirelessly to care for these animals and facilitate their placement into loving, permanent homes where they can thrive.
Our Mission
Our goal is to ensure the health and well-being of the stray, homeless, and unwanted pets in our care. By preventing cruelty and alleviating suffering, we strive to promote a compassionate community that values the bond between humans and their animal companions.
Our Approach to Care
Operating from our facility in Sudbury, Massachusetts, we provide a safe refuge for our animals while they wait for their forever families. We are not a foster-based organization; instead, all our animals are housed directly at our shelter at 151 Boston Post Road, where our experienced staff provides personalized care, medical attention, and essential socialization.
Building Lifelong Bonds
We believe that every adoption is the beginning of a beautiful partnership. Our adoption counselors follow thoughtful, structured procedures to match you with a pet that fits your unique lifestyle and household needs. By focusing on education and support—both during the application process and long after you take your new friend home—we ensure that both pets and adopters have the best chance at a successful, joyful life together.
