Paradise Animal Rescue is dedicated to giving every pet a chance at a loving life, providing a safe harbor for dogs and cats while they wait to find their forever homes.

A History of Care

Founded in 2002, our 501(c)(3) non-profit organization has spent over two decades serving Lapeer County and surrounding areas. We are entirely funded by your generosity and are committed to helping pets in need, including those who have been neglected, abused, or have lost their families.

How We Operate

We are an adoption guarantee rescue organization, meaning we do not euthanize animals due to lack of space or length of stay. Our dedicated volunteers provide daily socialization, training, and enrichment, ensuring that our rescued friends receive the love and medical care they deserve until they are ready for their new families.
