Our Mission
Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary is a dedicated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a simple yet powerful mission: to end the suffering of unwanted cats. We strive to provide a safe haven where every cat, regardless of their past, can experience love and care.
Why We Are Here
Located in Faribault, our sanctuary was born out of a community need to support cats that truly have nowhere else to turn. We focus our resources on providing a stable environment for feral and unsocialized cats, helping to break the cycle of overpopulation through our spay/neuter initiatives.
How We Operate
Our sanctuary provides a home to over 350 cats, all of whom are fully vetted and spayed or neutered. We operate as a dedicated facility with a team of passionate volunteers who handle daily care, from cleaning and sanitizing to providing specialized nutritional support. Our commitment to these cats is unwavering, ensuring they have a secure place to live and thrive.
The Adopter Connection
While we specialize in caring for cats with diverse backgrounds, our goal is to find forever homes for those who begin to trust humans during their stay with us. Please keep in mind that our cats may come with baggage and may require patience as they adjust to a new home environment over several weeks or months. Welcoming one of our cats is a deeply rewarding partnership built on trust, kindness, and time.

We invite you to visit our sanctuary any day of the week between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm to meet our residents and learn more about our work.
