Animal Shelter Of Linn County
Our Mission
The Animal Shelter of Linn County is dedicated to creating a compassionate living environment for both people and animals through rescue, adoption, and humane education. We strive every day to be a true friend to the animals in our care.
Our Commitment to Care
We are constantly evolving to provide the best possible experience for our residents. We are proud to have completed significant upgrades to our indoor and outdoor pens, providing a modern, comfortable, and safe environment for our animals while they await their forever families.
Big Things Happening
Our facility is growing, and we are currently working on an expansive new outdoor dog run and play area. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, our shelter continues to improve, ensuring that our animals have the space they need to thrive and socialize.
Supporting Our Community
Beyond rescue and adoption, we are here to support local pet owners through our new Pet Pantry initiative. This program provides essential assistance to help keep beloved pets fed and happy within their original homes, strengthening the bond between people and their animals.
