10/17 - Phoebe has three requirements for her new home: stuffies, soft blankets, and a TV. Scratch her butt and her leg starts moving at approximately 100 miles per hour. This 8 year old, 57 lb grandma is great on a leash and greets you after work by wiggling her entire body before crawling into your lap. And we almost forgot to mention: she prefers the TV on when you leave for work. It keeps her company and she likes the background noise. 10/8 - UPDATE 10/9: Lincoln has been adopted! 🎉 🚨 Lincoln URGENTLY needs out of the shelter. This 2-year-old boy is struggling in his kennel. He’s stressed and anxious to the point that he’s bouncing off the walls. Outside of his kennel, he’s one of the sweetest, most gentle dogs we’ve ever met. He stole our hearts as soon as we met. Silly, social, loving, and energetic, Lincoln is a wonderful pup. This 57 lb boy would love a home where he can stretch his legs, play fetch, and snuggle up on the couch while you binge-watch your favorite TV shows. Unfortunately, the stress of the shelter is taking its toll on sweet Lincoln. Whenever we see him in his kennel, he’s jumping, barking, whining, and clearly stressed out. It’s sad because we know that’s NOT who he really is! Lincoln is a goofball. He greets other dogs nicely in shelter playgroup, but isn’t always interested in playing with other pups. He loves playing with toys and even gives the best kisses when he gets to know and trust you. You can tell he feels safe around people. Lincoln will stick to you like velcro. Because Lincoln is severely deteriorating in his kennel, he needs to find a foster, adopter, or rescue partner by Sunday, October 11 at 3 pm. Don’t call. Don’t email. 10/5 - He’s lean, long, and handsome! 😍 Say hello to Lincoln. This easygoing boy is 2 years old and weighs 57 lbs. He’s friendly, sweet, and a total pro on a leash. Lincoln loves walks, cuddles, treats and being close to people. The shelter can be a pretty overwhelming place when you’re a sensitive guy like Lincoln, so he can be a little shy when meeting new people. But give this handsome boy a little patience and time, and he turns into a total cuddle bug.
