Chance at Life Cat Rescue
Our Mission
Chance at Life Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to rescuing, caring for, and finding loving homes for homeless cats. We strive to place every cat in our care into the hands of a caring person who will cherish them for life.
Our Story and Vision
Founded in 2010, our organization is built upon the foundational principles of education and a deep, active practice of kindness toward all animal life. We believe in the importance of spaying and neutering as essential tools to help reduce the number of cats in need and prevent the nationwide trend of needless euthanasia.
Our Foster-Based Model
We are a 100% volunteer-run organization and operate as a foster-based rescue rather than a traditional shelter. By caring for our cats in dedicated foster homes, we ensure that each animal receives individual attention and affection in a supportive, home-like environment while they wait for their forever families.
Connecting Cats and Adopters
Our commitment to these animals extends through the entire adoption process as we seek to create lasting, joyful partnerships. We invite you to join our family of supporters and adopters by viewing our current rescues, which are often featured on sites like Petfinder or at our local community events.
