Our Mission
Pet ResQ, Inc. is an all-volunteer, foster-based rescue that believes all dogs deserve a chance. Our mission is to save lives by rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing small dogs and puppies who have been neglected, handicapped, or abused.
Why We Rescue
Since our founding, we have been committed to being a voice for the voiceless. We work tirelessly to provide rescue services without prejudice, regardless of an animal's age, health, or background, and we strive to keep families together whenever possible.
How We Operate
We rely on a compassionate network of foster homes rather than a physical shelter. This allows our rescued dogs to receive dedicated love, grooming, and medical care in a safe, home-like environment while they wait for their forever families. We serve a four-state area—including parts of NY, NJ, PA, and CT—within a 1.5-hour radius of our location.

We believe in finding the perfect match to ensure our rescued dogs transition into permanent, joyful homes. Our adoption process is designed with care, involving a thoughtful application, a home visit to ensure a safe environment, and a dedicated meeting to foster a lasting bond between you and your new companion.
