Union City Feral Cat Committee
A Heart for Our Cats
The Union City Feral Cat Committee is dedicated to providing friendly cats and kittens with the loving, permanent homes they deserve. We believe every rescue is an opportunity to change a life for the better.
Our Mission
We are a passionate team of cat rescuers committed to ensuring that homeless cats get a fresh start. By empowering community members to participate in the rescue process, we ensure that as many cats as possible receive the medical care and support needed to thrive in a forever home.
Our Unique Approach
Unlike a traditional shelter, we operate through a dedicated network of fosters. This model allows our cats to live in warm, home-like environments while they await their forever families. We provide the resources and guidance—including medical services like vaccinations, testing, and fixing—to help our community members successfully rescue, foster, and place cats into caring homes.
The Joy of Adoption
Adoption is a wonderful journey, and we work hard to make the process as seamless and joyful as possible for you. Once you submit your application, our team connects with you quickly to coordinate a short video call, ensuring you are ready to welcome your new companion into your home. We strive to make it possible for you to enjoy dinner with your new cat the very same day you reach out to us.
