Our Mission

Rosemarie's Rescue Ranch, Inc. is a state-approved, all-foster, all-volunteer 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to a single, powerful goal: rescue, rehab, and rehome.

We are a small, close-knit group of kind-hearted individuals committed to saving lives and giving animals a second chance at happiness with loving families.

Our Roots and Purpose

Our organization was founded to carry on the legacy of Rosemarie Cafiero, who spent over 40 years saving more than 7,000 lives. After she passed, we launched Rosemarie's Rescue Ranch to continue her life's work, prioritizing the welfare of every animal above all else.

We provide a welcoming, drama-free environment where we focus on listening closely to your needs to make the best possible match for your family.

Our Foster-Based Care

Because we do not have a facility, our rescue operates entirely through a dedicated, compassionate network of foster homes. When you foster or adopt with us, you are part of a supportive community; every animal arrives temperament-tested and fully vetted, and you are assigned a personal Foster Liaison for guidance and support.

Our revolutionary Foster to Adopt program is a breakthrough in the adoption process, allowing you to bring a new friend home to spend real, one-on-one time together to ensure it is the perfect fit before making a final commitment.
