Lea County Humane Society/Hobbs Animal Adoption Center

Our Mission

The Hobbs Animal Adoption Center is dedicated to serving our community by providing a safe, welcoming environment for animals in need. We believe in connecting pets with loving homes where they can thrive and become a part of your family.

Serving Our Community

Located at 700 N. Grimes, our facility stands as a central resource for animal care within the city of Hobbs. We work diligently to uphold the municipal standards set forth in our local animal ordinances to ensure the well-being and safety of all residents and pets alike.

How We Care

Our team manages the daily operations of our adoption center, focusing on the responsible care and placement of animals currently under our protection. We maintain clear and transparent processes, including established health services and licensing procedures, to ensure every animal is prepared for their transition into a new home.

Building Lifelong Friendships

Adoption is a joyful journey, and we are here to help you find the perfect match for your lifestyle and home. By choosing to adopt, you are not just gaining a companion; you are participating in a compassionate community effort that gives deserving animals a fresh start. We encourage you to learn about our residents and consider the lasting impact of welcoming a new pet into your life.
