Founded on a commitment to our local community, our shelter transitioned to city operations in 2022 to provide a dedicated space for animals in need. Led by Shelter Manager Beatriz "Bea" Gallegos, our team has built this center from the ground up to prioritize innovation, compassionate care, and meaningful community partnerships. We believe in being a resource for both animals and the people who love them.

From daily care and nutritious feeding to behavior enrichment and medical support, we strive to maintain the comfort of every animal in our shelter. We focus on behavioral support, leveraging expertise in rehabilitation to prepare our animals for their future homes.
