Friends for Felines, Inc. DBA Tabby Town
A Home Between Homes
Tabby Town is a unique, no-kill, non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe, clean, and loving environment for homeless cats in Western New York. Our mission is to facilitate successful adoptions by acting as a comforting home between homes for every cat in our care.
Our Story and Community
Founded in 2009, Tabby Town was created as a rescue cooperative to increase successful cat adoptions across our region. By working collaboratively with the local rescue community and veterinary partners, we strive to decrease euthanasia and ensure every cat receives the medical and emotional support they deserve.
How We Provide Care
Located in the McKinley Mall, our adoption center is managed by a committed team of volunteers who nurture our feline residents daily. Every cat and kitten in our care is spayed or neutered and receives full veterinary attention, ensuring they are healthy and ready for their forever families. We are proud to house between 50 and 65 cats at any given time, providing them with cozy condos while they wait to meet you.
Your New Best Friend
We believe that adoption is a joyful journey, and we are here to help you find the perfect match. Our team focuses on providing enriched care in an uplifting setting, ensuring that our cats are happy and well-socialized while they await their new homes. A rescued cat is a happy cat, and we cannot wait to help you start your story together.
