At Free To Be Me Rescue, our goal is to never say no to a pet in need. We are dedicated to providing a second chance to local strays, owner surrenders, and animals rescued from puppy mills, regardless of their age or health.

We believe in finding the perfect home environment for every dog and cat, which is why we thoroughly screen applications to ensure a lasting, joyful bond. Our process includes vet references and home visits for applicants within one hour of Albany, NY, because we want both you and your new friend to be truly happy together.
