At Happy Hills Animal Foundation, we are dedicated to providing nourishing food, compassionate veterinary care, and deep love to the animals that need us most. Our goal is to find responsible, loving homes for every pet in our care while promoting humane education to reduce animal abandonment.
A History of Compassion
For 44 years, Happy Hills has served as a sanctuary for homeless animals in Randolph County and beyond. Since our incorporation as a non-profit in 1989, we have provided a safe harbor for thousands of dogs, cats, and other companions, ensuring they are nurtured and valued while waiting for their perfect match.
How We Provide Care
As one of the state-licensed shelter facilities in Randolph County, we pride ourselves on being a no-kill organization where animals stay with us until they find their forever home. Our facility offers a peaceful, climate-controlled environment in a relaxing rural setting, supported entirely by private donations, sponsors, and our dedicated team of volunteers.
