Red Dog Farm Animal Rescue Network is dedicated to the rehabilitation, fostering, and adoption of animals of all sizes. From barnyards to backyards, we strive to provide a fresh start for pets across the North Carolina Triad and beyond.
Formed on August 23, 2006, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit was created to rescue and rehabilitate animals that have been neglected, abused, or are otherwise unwanted. While we maintain a 21-acre farm in Stokesdale, NC, as a place of refuge and rejuvenation, our work truly happens within the hearts and homes of our community.
We are a unique, foster-based organization rather than a traditional shelter. The vast majority of the animals in our care live in private homes or barns across Guilford, Forsyth, and Rockingham counties, where they receive individualized love and attention. We proudly cover the veterinary bills for all these animals while they await their forever families, relying on our incredible network of volunteers to provide the temporary care they need.
We believe that every animal deserves a loving, permanent home, and we are committed to making the perfect match for you and your new companion. Because our fosters know our animals' personalities intimately, we can help you find a pet that truly fits your lifestyle, whether you are looking for a cat, dog, horse, or exotic animal. Our greatest joy is hearing from the families we have helped and seeing the lasting bonds created through adoption.
Your support makes these success stories possible. We invite you to explore our current list of adoptable pets, learn more about becoming a foster volunteer, or support our ongoing mission through a donation.
