Sweet Dream House Rescue is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to saving at-risk dogs and cats from high-kill shelters and dangerous situations. Our mission is to provide a voice and a future for the transient creatures who have been overlooked by others, serving as a rescue of last resort for those who need us most.
Our History and Purpose
Since our founding in 2011, we have proudly saved the lives of over 6,000 dogs and cats. We operate on a strong foundation of like-minded volunteers and partner with a network of shelters across neighboring states who share our commitment to ensuring that no animal is left behind.

We believe that every animal thrives best in a loving environment, which is why we are a foster-based rescue with no physical facility. By utilizing a network of dedicated foster homes, we ensure each pet receives personalized care, socialization, and the time they need to feel safe before finding their permanent family.

Because we want every adoption to be a success, we provide complete transparency regarding each animal's needs and provide full medical vetting, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, and microchipping, before they ever head home.
