Our Mission
Robyn’s Nest is dedicated to saving and improving the lives of animals through compassionate rescue, thoughtful adoption, and community education. We believe every animal deserves a chance to thrive in a loving, permanent home.
Our Story
Founded by Robyn McGeorge, our organization is a community-focused resource for animals in need. We recently reached an exciting milestone in September 2024 when we purchased our very own property in Germantown, allowing us to better serve the pets and families in our care.
Our Care Model
We are a limited-intake rescue, which allows us to provide focused, high-quality care based on the resources we have available. Beyond rescue and adoption, we operate as a community hub, offering pet boarding, low-cost microchipping, grooming services, and even a pet food pantry to support local animal welfare.
The Adopter Connection
We take pride in our professional, personalized approach to matching pets with their perfect human companions. Our team works hard to ensure each adoption is a success, often celebrating when our alumni return to visit or share their joyful progress in their forever homes.
