Multiple Breed Rescue
A Heart for Every Dog
Multiple Breed Rescue is a dedicated group of volunteers committed to helping displaced animals find the loving homes they deserve. Our mission is to provide a fresh start for every dog in our care, helping them transition into their new lives with confidence and joy.
Our History and Purpose
Since 2006, our 100% volunteer-run, 501(c)3 non-profit has rescued over 4,000 animals across Ohio. We work closely with humane officers, veterinarians, and shelters to support dogs facing challenging circumstances, including neglect, abuse, or those needing specialized medical care.
A Personal Approach to Care
Because we do not operate a public shelter, the majority of our rescues live in foster homes where they receive love and attention in a real-world setting. This environment allows our dogs to thrive while waiting for their perfect match, ensuring they are well-socialized and prepared for their transition to a forever family.
Finding Your New Best Friend
We believe that successful adoptions are built on understanding the individual needs of both the dog and the adopter. Our thoughtful process is designed to create a lifelong bond, ensuring that every placement is a win for both the family and their new furry friend.
