Our Mission
Founded in 2013 in Columbus, Ohio, our organization began with a passionate goal to provide a voice to the voiceless by rescuing double merle dogs born deaf or blind due to irresponsible breeding. Today, our mission has expanded to support animals with a variety of severe medical conditions, including heart disease and megaesophagus, ensuring every pet receives the love and care they deserve.
Our Foster-Based Approach
We operate as a 100% foster-based organization, meaning our rescues thrive in loving home environments rather than a shelter facility. This model allows our dedicated team of fosters to provide personalized care and behavior support, ensuring each animal is ready for their next chapter. With foster networks spanning multiple states, we coordinate comprehensive medical care and resources to give every animal a true second chance.
