Medina County Animal Shelter
Finding Your New Best Friend
At the Medina County Dog Shelter, our mission is to connect dogs in need with loving families across our community. We believe every dog deserves a safe, happy environment and the opportunity to become a cherished companion.
Our Commitment to the Community
Serving the residents of Medina County, our facility provides essential care and shelter to dogs awaiting their forever homes. Our team is dedicated to maintaining a welcoming space where animal welfare remains the priority, ensuring each dog receives attentive care while they wait to meet you.
How We Care for Our Dogs
Located at 6334 Deerview Lane in Medina, our shelter operates as a central hub for animal care and public service. We maintain structured office hours, Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, as well as Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, to ensure we can provide the best possible support to both our animals and the public.
The Joy of Adoption
Adoption is a joyful partnership that enriches the lives of both the pet and the adopter. We focus on providing information about our animals to help you make an informed decision and find the right match for your household.
