The Clark County SPCA is dedicated to creating a community free from animal cruelty and pet overpopulation while providing vital educational opportunities for future generations. We believe that by working together, we can ensure every animal receives the care and respect they truly deserve.
Founded in November 2016, our organization was created to fill critical gaps in service throughout Clark County, Ohio. Recognizing a need for trained Humane Agents to investigate animal welfare concerns, as well as a lack of public resources for dog safety and responsible ownership education, we stepped in to bridge these divides.
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization focused on community excellence and continuous improvement. Our work centers on the placement of homeless animals into loving homes, as well as contributing to the reduction of pet overpopulation through active sterilization efforts. We are committed to teamwork, transparency, and the high standard of care our community expects.
We believe that successful adoptions are built upon the shared values of participation and openness. By focusing on quality and dedicated service, we strive to find the perfect match for both our animals and the families who open their hearts to them. Every adoption is a step toward our vision of a more humane future.
