Pontotoc Animal Welfare Society
Our Mission
At the Pontotoc Animal Welfare Society, our mission is to save the lives of unwanted pets by changing the societal view on shelters and adoption. We are dedicated to building a bridge between community animals and the loving homes they deserve.
Why We Serve
Based in Ada, Oklahoma, our organization serves as a beacon of hope for local animals in need. By providing essential services and promoting the importance of spaying and neutering, we aim to save future generations of animals and improve the welfare of our local pet population.
How We Help
Our shelter on Sandy Creek Drive is a place where wagging tails are always welcome. We operate as a community-focused non-profit, offering affordable spay and neuter services, routine vetting, and vaccinations to ensure the health of our animals. We rely on the dedication of our volunteers and fosters to maintain a bustling, positive environment for every animal in our care.
