For more than a century, we have served as a trusted pillar in the Tulsa region. As an independent, donor-funded nonprofit, we receive no government support, meaning every life-saving action we take is made possible by the generosity of our community.

Our shelter is a place of hope, managed with a commitment to providing quality care for every pet. We operate as a managed intake facility, which allows us to maintain a safe, calm environment by carefully aligning our occupancy with our staffing and resource levels.
We are proud to support the full journey of pet ownership. By offering both shelter for animals in need and affordable veterinary services for local families, we strengthen the vital human-animal bond at every stage.

9/30 - Tulsa SPCA hopes to clear shelter again during free adoption event
The Tulsa SPCA has about 40 dogs and 20 cats available for adoption during the Oct. 2-4 event, with all adoption fees waived.

10/2 - These two cuties are waiting for you!! 🐾 Last year, we had 19 adoptions on the first day of our MARS Global Adoption Weekend. So far today, we’ve had 5. We know we can do more, but we need your help! There is truly nothing better than watching the last dog walk out of our shelter and knowing they won’t have to spend the night here. 10/1 - Exciting news!!! 🥳🥳 A BIG thank you to MARS, Adopt a Pet Shelter Plus, and Pedigree because all adoptions this weekend are completely FREE! 🎉 MARS understands that we need to clear the path to adoption and get as many of these animals into loving homes as we can! 9/29 - We did a DNA test on Rugbee and Bruno, and apparently they’re both part kangaroo. Rugbee also has a little alligator in him. They may have some interesting genetics, but they are both 100% good boys. 💙 Rugbee and Bruno will be available this weekend at our 2nd annual MARS Adoption Event! We’re hoping to clear our shelter again this year, and we’re going to need YOUR help to make it happen. Come meet Rugbee, Bruno, and all of the other amazing animals waiting for their families! 🐾 Let’s get every single one of them home!

9/27 - Just four lanky, goofy friends looking for their families. 🐾 Charlie, Sugar, Little Man, and Patch are all still waiting for a family to call their own. They are also our longest stays, and honestly, we don’t know why! They are all so cute, lovable, and ready to bring some fun into your life. And right now, their adoption fees are only $6! ❤️ They are already altered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. You really have to come by the shelter to meet them for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!
