Team Cat Rescue
Together Every Animal Matters
Team Cat Rescue is dedicated to rescuing, nurturing, and finding loving homes for cats in need. We believe that every animal deserves a second chance at a happy life, and we work tirelessly to make that dream a reality.
Our Roots and Our Mission
Founded in 2013, our organization began with a shared passion for helping cats who were lost, abandoned, or at risk in high-kill shelters and gassing pounds. We were established specifically to assist those vulnerable animals often overlooked by others, including cats with medical, age-related, or behavioral challenges.
How We Care
We operate as a 100% volunteer-led, foster-based organization. By placing our rescues into dedicated foster homes throughout the GTHA and surrounding areas, we provide them with the individual attention, medical care, and socialization they need to thrive while awaiting their forever families.
Finding Your Perfect Match
We are deeply committed to making thoughtful, successful adoption matches. Because we understand each cat’s unique personality, temperament, and history, our volunteers work closely with you to ensure a harmonious, lifelong bond that enriches both your life and the life of your new companion.
Join Our Mission
Are you ready to welcome a new best friend into your home? We invite you to browse our available cats, learn about our adoption process, or explore our volunteer opportunities to see how you can make a difference. Together, we can ensure that every cat gets the love and security they truly deserve.
