Angel Ridge Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to providing a permanent home and compassionate care for animals that are abandoned, aged, or handicapped. We strive for a world where animals are recognized as essential and beloved companions on our journey through life.
Our History and Community
Since opening our doors in 1999 at our 51-acre facility in Washington County, Pennsylvania, we have been committed to helping animals in need. Beyond individual care, we serve our community by assisting caregivers in economic distress, sharing pet food donations, and educating the public on animal welfare and responsible stewardship.
How We Care for Our Animals
Our rescue operates through a dedicated team of staff and volunteers who assess each animal for their unique veterinary and behavioral needs. We provide a safe, nurturing environment at our main facility and at our dedicated Bailey's Cat Haven, ensuring every animal receives the care they deserve while they await their forever families. We are proud to offer a space where rescued cats can thrive in comfortable, specialized rooms designed for socialization and comfort.
