Pet Adoption League

Our Mission

Pet Adoption League is dedicated to rescuing dogs from puppy mills, breeders, local strays, and homes unable to provide care. We advocate for their well-being, provide safe shelter, and prepare them for loving forever homes.

Who We Are

We are a 100% non-profit organization powered entirely by volunteers. Our mission is made possible by the kindness of supporters and donors who help us save lives every day, one dog at a time.

Our Care Model

We operate out of our facility in New Stanton, Pennsylvania, where our dedicated team provides a safe environment for dogs while they wait for their new families. Our shelter is open to the public on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, as well as the first Sunday of each month, or by appointment.

Finding Your Perfect Companion

Every dog in our care has a unique story, and we are committed to helping them find the right match for their personality and needs. We carefully review all adoption applications to ensure that each transition to a new home is a joyful, lifelong partnership. If you are ready to welcome a new member into your family, we invite you to view our available dogs on Petfinder.

Join Our Village

It takes a village to rescue and rehome these deserving animals, and we welcome your support. Whether you choose to donate, volunteer your time, or open your heart to adopt, you are playing a vital role in our success. Please reach out to us, visit our facility, or check our Amazon Wish List to see how you can help us continue our mission of providing a happy new life to every dog in our care.
