Kitty Cottage Adoption Center, Inc. is a dedicated no-kill, cage-free shelter working to rescue, nurture, and rehome cats while advocating for their well-being. We exist to provide every resident with a safe, compassionate environment where they can wait for their forever families.
Our History and Community
Since opening our doors in February 2002, we have proudly helped over 4,000 cats find loving homes. Located in Norristown, our facility serves the surrounding counties by providing a home-like atmosphere for homeless cats and fostering education on the importance of spaying and neutering to reduce the number of unwanted kittens in our community.
Our Unique Care Model
We operate as a cage-free facility, which allows our cats to roam, play, and interact naturally. Because we are a private, non-profit shelter that receives no government funding, we rely on a dedicated team of staff and over 60 volunteers to provide daily socialization and care. Our young kittens are kept safe in our community foster homes until they are old enough to join us at the Cottage.
