Tri-County Animal Rescue Center is dedicated to rescuing needy cats and dogs, providing them with the quality care they deserve until they find forever homes where they will be cherished as part of the family.
Located in the former Clarion County Humane Society building in Shippenville, Pennsylvania, we serve as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to animal welfare. Since December 2011, we have proudly facilitated over 1,900 adoptions, helping countless pets find their perfect match.
We operate as a no-kill facility, maintaining a focused environment where we can accommodate approximately 20 felines and 10 canines at a time, depending on their size and age. Beyond rescue, we are deeply committed to reducing pet overpopulation by providing education to the public and offering access to low-cost spay and neuter clinics for the community.
We believe every animal deserves a loving, permanent home where they are treated with kindness and respect. Because we operate by appointment only, we ensure that every visitor receives the attention they need to make a thoughtful, lifelong connection with a new pet. Whether you are looking for a playful feline or a loyal canine companion, our volunteers are here to help you through the process.
We invite you to join our mission of compassion by viewing our currently adoptable dogs and cats or by reaching out to schedule a visit. You can support our work through donations, which are tax-deductible, or by learning more about our upcoming spay/neuter clinic opportunities.
