Canine Partners Program, Inc. is dedicated to transforming the lives of dogs and cats by providing a second chance to those who have faced abandonment, neglect, or the risk of euthanasia. We believe that every rescue deserves a joyful, fulfilling life in a loving home, and we serve as a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves.
Founded by Certified Professional Dog Trainer Judy Troyer, our organization is deeply rooted in the belief that animals are capable of amazing transformations. We address the critical need of shelter overpopulation by providing comprehensive care, including veterinary services, proper nutrition, and specialized, positive reinforcement rehabilitation training. Our mission is to guide these resilient animals toward becoming highly adoptable companions.
We work tirelessly to rehabilitate our rescues using force-free and pain-free training techniques. Whether through our dedicated volunteer network, home foster environments, or our unique Paws in Prison program, we focus on behavioral modification and social enrichment. By building confidence and fostering clear communication, we ensure our animals are ready for a smooth transition into their new lives.
Adoption is a lifetime commitment, and we prioritize finding the most appropriate home for each individual animal's needs. We get to know every rescue through temperament testing and structured care, ensuring that our families are set up for lasting success. We remain a lifelong resource for our adopters, providing guidance and support long after the adoption is finalized.
Are you ready to welcome a new member into your family? We invite you to view our adoptable animals, complete an application, or learn more about how you can volunteer, foster, or donate to help us continue this vital work. Your support makes it possible for us to save more lives and keep wagging tails happy.
