Welcome to the Saint Frances Animal Center! Established in 1983, we have dedicated ourselves to saving the lives of abandoned, neglected, and abused cats and dogs across Georgetown County. With over 38 years of service, our mission is clear: to provide a safe and nurturing environment for these animals until they can find loving forever homes.
At Saint Frances, we believe that every pet deserves a second chance. Our center is recognized for its commitment to animal welfare, ensuring that all pets are thoroughly vetted before adoption. This includes vaccinations, spay/neuter procedures, and microchipping, along with a series of temperament tests to help match our animals with the right families.
